IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY. This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("you") and FlowMacro ("we", "us") governing your use of the FlowMacro software ("the Software"). By downloading, installing, redeeming a license key for, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software. You must be of legal age (or have a guardian's consent) to use FlowMacro.
FlowMacro is closed-source, proprietary software — not open-source, free, or public-domain. The Software is original work, fully and independently written by FlowMacro, and contains no stolen, leaked, cracked, or otherwise misappropriated code; any standard third-party components or runtimes it uses are used lawfully under their respective licenses. All code, design, names, logos, branding, and intellectual property are and remain the sole property of FlowMacro. This Agreement transfers no ownership to you, and you may not remove or alter any proprietary notice.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and a valid, active, non-revoked license, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single device, for your own personal use, for the term of your license (trial, time-limited, or lifetime). The Software is licensed, not sold; payment is for access for the applicable term, not ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your license is activated by redeeming a key inside the app, which binds it to your device's hardware ID (HWID) — valid on one device at a time. Time-limited licenses start counting down at redemption. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all use under it. Device resets may be provided at our discretion; abusive or sharing-pattern resets may be refused.
You may be required to link a verified Discord account before purchase, and you are responsible for all activity under your account, license, and key. Using another person's account or payment method is prohibited.
You may not, and may not help anyone else to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or attempt to derive the source code or internal logic of the Software; (b) crack, patch, hook, inject, emulate, virtualize, debug, dump, memory-edit, or otherwise tamper with, disable, or bypass any license check, key system, HWID lock, integrity check, encryption, obfuscation, or anti-tamper mechanism; (c) copy, distribute, publish, mirror, host, rent, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Software available to others; (d) share, sell, leak, or transfer your license key or account; (e) run the Software on shared, virtual-machine, sandbox, datacenter, VPS, cloud, server, or multi-instance infrastructure to resell, proxy, pool, or farm access, or to circumvent the single-device license; (f) modify or create derivative works; or (g) use stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
You acknowledge that the Software contains license-validation, hardware-binding, anti-tamper, anti-debugging, anti-virtualization, integrity, encryption, and remote-control mechanisms that protect our intellectual property and prevent abuse. To address a breach, suspected breach, fraud, chargeback, key sharing, tampering, or cracking, we may — at our sole discretion, without notice, refund, or liability — suspend, disable, blacklist, or revoke any license, key, account, or HWID, remotely render an installation non-functional, and/or remotely deactivate, lock, or delete the affected installation from the device on which it is detected. You authorize these mechanisms and waive any claim arising from their good-faith operation.
The Software may automatically check for and install updates, including mandatory ones required for continued operation or security. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
To validate licenses, bind keys to devices, deliver updates, and prevent abuse, the Software collects and transmits limited technical data, which may include your HWID, IP address, network/ASN information, software version, license status, and basic usage/diagnostic events. This is used for license enforcement, security, anti-abuse, and support, and is not sold.
Delivery is digital, instant, and automated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: because access is granted immediately and device-locked, all sales are final once a key is delivered or redeemed, except as stated there. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support results in immediate license revocation and a permanent device ban, and we contest illegitimate disputes using the linked-account evidence on file.
We may offer a free trial (for example, 3 days). Trials are limited to one per person and one per device, are provided "as is," and may be changed or discontinued anytime. Attempting to obtain multiple trials (extra accounts, keys, devices, or spoofed identifiers) is abuse and may result in a permanent device ban.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license ends automatically on expiry of its term and immediately upon any breach, and may be terminated or suspended as set out above. On termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software. Sections on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use it entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, in-game items or progress, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Software. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the license giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Software, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You acknowledge that the Software automates interactions with third-party software, platforms, or games, that such automation may violate those third parties' rules, and that it may result in restriction or termination of your third-party accounts. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Software, and we have no liability for any such outcome.
FlowMacro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game, platform, or publisher. All product and company names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
We may update this Agreement; the current version is provided with the Software and at flowmacro.xyz, and continued use means acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign this Agreement or any license; we may assign it freely.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States of America, to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, is the entire agreement regarding the Software; in case of conflict regarding the Software, this Agreement controls. Support is provided via our Discord and support@flowmacro.xyz.
