By purchasing or using FlowMacro ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms, our End-User License Agreement (EULA), and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use it. The EULA governs your installation and use of the Software in detail; in case of conflict regarding the Software, the EULA controls.
FlowMacro is a downloadable Windows application providing automation ("macro") features for a third-party online game. It is closed-source, proprietary software — not open-source — and is original work, fully and independently written by FlowMacro, containing no stolen, leaked, or misappropriated code. It is licensed, not sold, on a time-limited or lifetime basis.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single device. Your license is locked to your device (HWID) and activated by redeeming a key; time-limited licenses begin counting down at redemption. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the Software or your key.
You must link a verified Discord account before purchase and are responsible for all activity under your account and key.
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, crack, patch, inject, debug, emulate, virtualize, or otherwise tamper with or bypass the Software or its license, key, HWID, integrity, or anti-tamper protections; share, sell, or leak your key or account; redistribute or resell access; or run the Software on shared, virtual-machine, datacenter, VPS, cloud, server, or multi-instance infrastructure to resell, proxy, pool, or farm access. You may not use stolen or fraudulent payment methods. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game or its publisher.
The Software contains license-validation, hardware-binding, anti-tamper, anti-virtualization, integrity, and remote-control mechanisms. To address a breach, fraud, chargeback, key sharing, tampering, or cracking, we may — at our discretion, without notice, refund, or liability — suspend, blacklist, or revoke any license, key, account, or HWID, remotely disable an installation, and/or remotely deactivate or delete the affected installation from the device on which it is detected. You authorize these mechanisms by using the Software.
To validate licenses, bind keys to devices, deliver updates, and prevent abuse, the Software collects limited technical data, which may include your HWID, IP address, network/ASN information, software version, license status, and basic usage events. This is used for enforcement, security, and support, and is not sold.
Delivery is digital, instant, and automated: a unique license key is issued immediately after payment is confirmed.
We may offer a free trial. Trials are limited to one per person and one per device. Attempting to obtain multiple trials (extra accounts, keys, devices, or spoofed identifiers) is abuse and may result in a permanent device ban.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, or in-game items, arising from use of the Software.
Automation may violate the rules of third-party games or platforms and may result in restriction or termination of your third-party accounts. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Software.
We may suspend or revoke a license without refund for chargebacks, fraud, key sharing, tampering, cracking, or abuse. On termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
